With three years of experience supporting Medicare and healthcare planning, Theresa is passionate about making complex processes feel simple and manageable for the individuals and families she serves. While she is not a licensed Medicare advisor, she helps connect clients with Sano’s licensed Medicare Advisors to ensure they receive expert guidance tailored to their needs.
Theresa believes every client deserves to feel informed, cared for, and valued. She strives to provide clear communication, helpful resources, and a calming presence, ensuring clients always know they have a trusted team behind them.
Outside of work, Theresa enjoys reading, spending time in nature, and making memories with her family. She and her husband, Phillip, have two children, Phillip and Brooke, and a four-year-old dog named Bucky, who keeps the household entertained.
