Nicholas Scarsella

Vice President & Financial Planner

Nicholas Scarsella is a Partner and Senior Financial Planner at Sano. Since joining the firm in 2008, he has guided families through some of life’s most important financial decisions while helping shape the future of Sano.

For Nicholas, financial planning is about far more than managing investments. It is about creating clarity during life’s biggest decisions and helping clients build a future that reflects what matters most to them. His planning philosophy brings every aspect of a family’s financial life together, including retirement planning, investment management, tax strategies, estate planning, risk management, and legacy planning, so every financial decision works together with purpose.

As a member of Sano’s Executive Team, Nicholas helps guide the firm’s long-term vision and strategic direction. He is passionate about helping build one of the country’s leading wealth management firms by bringing together exceptional people, thoughtful planning, and innovative technology to raise the standard for what clients should expect from their financial planner. His leadership focuses on advisor development, innovation, and creating a client experience that continues to evolve alongside the families Sano serves.

Having grown up in the family business, Nicholas witnessed firsthand the impact trusted financial guidance can have across generations. That perspective continues to inspire his commitment to serving clients with integrity, building lasting relationships, and helping build a firm designed to serve families for generations to come.

Nicholas believes the future of wealth management is about much more than investment performance. It is about building deeper relationships, delivering increasingly comprehensive advice, and continually improving the way families experience financial planning. That belief shapes both his work with clients and his vision for the future of Sano.

Outside the office, Nicholas enjoys spending time with his wife, Rachel, and their two children, Addison and Grayson. Whether coaching youth soccer, traveling with his family, golfing, snowmobiling, or enjoying the outdoors, he values making lasting memories and embracing every season of life.
