Morgan Sobolewski, FPQP®

Morgan is the Director of Financial Planning & Advisor Success and a member of Sano’s Leadership Team, where she helps shape strategic initiatives while leading the firm’s financial planning and advisor development efforts. She is passionate about helping advisors deliver exceptional planning experiences by creating scalable processes, developing educational resources, leading training programs, and providing technical guidance on complex planning strategies. In her Advisor Success role, Morgan oversees advisor onboarding, ongoing education, and initiatives designed to enhance advisor knowledge, confidence, and client service.

Morgan earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a minor in Accounting from Rochester University. She also holds the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP®) designation from the College for Financial Planning and is committed to continuous learning and professional development within the financial planning industry.

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys staying active through fitness and soccer, cheering on her favorite hockey teams, reading, traveling, cooking, and spending quality time with her son, family, and friends.
