Antonio Scarsella is a Partner and Director of Operations at Sano, where he leads the firm’s operations, technology, human resources, and client experience initiatives. Since joining the firm in 2006 he has been dedicated to building a strong foundation that allows both the team and the clients they serve to thrive.
He is passionate about creating efficient systems, embracing innovative technology, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Antonio leads many of the firm’s strategic initiatives, including championing the firm’s use of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), helping align the organization around a shared vision, clear accountability, and disciplined execution. From enhancing internal processes and implementing new technologies to supporting strategic growth, he works behind the scenes to ensure the firm delivers a seamless and exceptional experience for every client. He believes that outstanding client service starts with empowered people, thoughtful processes, and a commitment to always getting better.
Antonio is driven by the vision of helping Sano continue to grow as a trusted, multigenerational firm while preserving the personalized relationships and family values that have been at the heart of the organization since its founding.
Outside of work, Antonio enjoys spending time with his husband, Zack, and their dog, Mickey. Whether traveling to new destinations, boating in the summer, snowmobiling through northern trails in the winter, or gathering with family and friends, he values creating meaningful experiences and lasting memories. His enthusiasm for adventure, connection, and lifelong learning is reflected in both his personal life and his leadership.
